The company was building a platform that would search for and download Podcasts with a quick turnaround time. Speed to market was critical and hence the project had an aggressive timeline of 7 weeks from start to finish; this included website, iOS and Android app roll out, built on a COTS Platform pre-selected by the client for the project.
The Clovity Solution
Clovity’s In-house Agile framework was yet again put to test for faster roll out of MVP features that gave complete visibility to the client by providing access to the collaboration (JIRA) dashboard depicting metrics which were easy to comprehend by leadership team, and drill down as needed into finer details.
We worked with the client’s team using real-time collaborative tools such as Skype, GoToMeeting, and Google Drive. The biggest benefit is that the application was completed from start to finish in 7 weeks. Not only were we 3x times faster than other vendors, we also saved costs by 50%. Clovity maintained complete transparency to the product owner and key client stakeholders on the progress of Sprint and released development activities with frequent demo and a live site, which would reflect the changes as soon as they were made.
