• We are looking for a IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience in US Hiring, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
• Screen candidates resume and job applications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Looking for 0 to 1 Years of experience.
• We need to look candidate having good communication and grasping skills
• Candidate should be Graduate (Regular/Part Time)
• Candidate should have good Computer Skills
