Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the current Talent Technology team, as well as direct, coordinate, and advise on Talent Tech-related initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to help us scale as we continue to grow.
• Own Talent Technology road map to deliver rapid business expansion and ensure efficient operating processes. You’ll develop and manage both the short-term and longer-term / multi-year road map for Talent technology across candidate and employee experience, effectively balancing competing priorities and flexibly adapting to our rapidly evolving business environment.
• Partner with process owners, operations teams, engineering, and Talent Analytics to ensure a strong and sustainable platform of Talent Technology and data.
• A leader and influencer, with strong business acumen, a vast suite of influencing skills and expertise in solving complex problems with high user-centricity.
• Lead, manage and ensure success of the firms’s internal and external recruitment programs
• Experience leading and building diversity talent sourcing and pipeline strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work as in individual Contributor.
