• May be asked to attend the exec onboarding sessions to document certain aspects for measurement purposesJIRA/Confluence
• Coordinate, plan, prepare agenda, lead weekly team JIRA project meetings
• Manage team confluence page for monthly LOB MBR
• Process / Program management skills are very useful
• Maintenance of existing program learning content
• Receive change / update / edit requests to existing learning content
• Assess content requests for reasonableness, accuracy, validate as needed, vet with Program Owner, as needed Make changes as appropriate
• Inform users of the content (facilitators) of changes in a timely manner
• Manage Executive Onboarding Dashboard
• Support Digital Quarterly New Hire Onboarding, as needed
