Clovity leveraged it's rules engine framework to define user configurable rules that would drive the negotiation engine. Existing frameworks and accelerators were used for messaging, PDF generation, tabular grids, and configurable charts and dashboards. We also used an ideal mix of onsite and offsite resources for a cost-effective pricing model.
The end result was a faster, and easy to use dashboard interface to configure and change business rules without needing IT involvement. The client also experienced faster turnaround due to the use of accelerators, frameworks, and plugins. The development and support were well within the given budget, managed a 10% positive variance at the completion of the project, and achieved 9x faster delivery of the platform and time to market.
