US Mid-tier Bank Achieves 20x ROI with Salesforce Implementation
The Bank’s Objective
An East Coast based mid-tier bank wanted to stand apart in the market by providing personalized and localized service to it's clients. They also wanted to improve the productivity of their relationship managers and achieve a single view of customer data across relationship levels with the bank.
The Clovity Solution
Clovity built a custom solution to manage all customer accounts and global leads using end-to-end Salesforce implementation based on the Apex code. We also implemented customized lead qualification processes for various segments of the client.
Using Force.com as IDE and Dell Boomi cloud for integration with the legacy Enterprise Systems, we were able to achieve seamless integration with marketing automation solutions. This made it easy to manage email campaigns and landing pages, whereby leads were automatically captured and shared. Salesforce CRM helped organize campaign programs, tactics, and messages for scheduling and measurement purposes.
With these changes, the bank achieved 20x ROI, including an increase in capital market fees and treasury fees. There was also a marked increase in lead relationships, along with low cost and quick turnaround, leveraging the onsite/offshore model working round the clock.
