• Candidate will be Salesforce development lead sitting onsite at our client
• Experience in large custom development projects in an Enterprise Environment
• Financialforce experience is highly valuable but not a "must have"
• Solution Orientation:  Find the source of tickets and develop ways to reduce or eliminate the issue through code solutions
• Team Lead Salesforce Development Experience
• Salesforce Development Certification 
• More Custom development background than working on Out of The Box Salesforce Functionality
• Excellent writing and communication
• Organizational and time management
• Ability to ramp up in new environments quickly
