Workday HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Location: New Delhi, India & San Francisco, California
Experience: 4 - 6 years

Responsibilities
  • Team with key client business and IT users to define business requirements and design solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide functional subject matter expertise on the Workday HCM solution
  • Responsible for successful business process configuration, security configuration, technical integrations, Report Writer, and overall implementation related of the global Workday modules.
  • The Workday Techno-Functional Consultant will work with the client HRIS team on maintenance and improvement of the Workday system, partner with internal customers to understand business requirements, and configure the Workday solution.
  • Specializes in HCM module
  • Manage change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training
Qualifications:
  • Workday experience in HR Projects
  • Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion), specifically in Core HCM.
  • Experience with all aspects of a Workday HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
  • Experience of other SaaS HCM products would be beneficial
  • Preferably a consulting background and experience of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project lifecycles (experience of managing teams for Project Lead roles)
  • Exposure to Project Management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2 qualified)
  • Strong team player (proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment) and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Node JS Developer – Level III

Location: New Delhi, India

We are looking for a Node js Developer with MySQL, Memcached and Express experience responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
