Clovity’s Enterprise Mobile Strategy framework approaches these engagements in three phases.

Assessment: In the Assessment phase, our SWAT team does a quick audit of the existing landscape, does a fit gap analysis taking into consideration the new wave of technology, requirements of the enterprise and what best suits the enterprise. A deep dive analysis is conducted during this phase using our pre-defined questionnaires and toolkits specially designed for Enterprise Mobile Strategy.

Definition: As part of this phase, a clearly laid out technology stack, changes to the existing landscape, device platform, connectors, data security considerations, connectivity and its impact on internal and external stakeholders is defined in conjunction with the client evangelizers of Enterprise Mobile Strategy. A roadmap and a well-defined detail plan in achieving the short term and long term goals is defined. Implement and Govern: In this phase, our team of Consultants work in tandem with the client teams in implementing the pilot, followed by the full-fledged plan. Our governance team ensures that during this implementation, any challenges and constraints are anticipated up front and necessary measures taken. Change management through the implementation phase is a critical aspect of the entire mobile strategy and we give utmost importance to it and work closely with the stakeholders in having the right communication and change management plan in place.
